We are creating this blog to simply take pictures of our food and our water intake.
We are wanting to be healthier and take care of our bodies.
I personally have tried to do the "count calories" and I have done MPF.
I need something more instant and simple.
Taking a picture of what we eat on a daily basis is as simple as it can get, right?
I know that if I have some accountability I will do SO much better in cleaning up what I eat!
